How To Use The App

    Sign in with your Google account. Your Aphobic account is created automatically.

  2. Start with a Short Intake Form

    This helps determine if Aphobic is right for you.

  3. Work Through Your Fear

    Explore your fear, scramble the pattern, and prepare to face it, in that order.

  4. Use Natural Voice or Text

    Aphobic listens in real time. Headphones and a quiet spot give the best results.

  5. 50-Minute Sessions

    Set aside focused time for each session to get the most out of the experience.

  6. Webcam Optional

    Some techniques use face tracking for real-time feedback, but it’s always your choice.
