4 SIMPLE STEPS TO FREEDOM

Are you a good fit?
Find a quiet corner and allocate at least 45 minutes to focus. You can use this app without headsets, but recommend using them if you have one. Sign in with your Google Account and then complete the intake form to ensure you are a good fit for this app.

Start Talking
The app will automatically start speaking to you so just respond as if you’re having a conversation. A transcript will appear as you speak so if the app misundertands, you can hit delete. You can interrupt the Aphobic App at any time and it won’t be rude to do so!

Follow Along
You must complete all 3 sessions that are available. (1) Know Your Fear (2) Scramble and Discover Your Strategy (3) Face Your Fear. Each time you finish a session, hit the home button on the top right and move onto the next session. The second session includes eye movement and tapping exercises that will help you reduce your fears and phobias. Follow along the animation that will pop up and continue the conversations as you are doing your exercises.

Review
When you have finished all 3 sessions, you are done! You can review all the transcripts so you can remember what to do and get ready to face your fears!
